Another member of the Codes, and Commander of the Elite Fraction within the Codes, Skylar.
Perhaps the youngest out of them all, being 16 - but he's one of the strongest and most valued assets due to his durability and skill. He's obsessive with annihilation, and his abilities provide excellent recon.

Skylar is able to manipulate the eyes of himself and others, as well as summon various other eyeballs on his body with increased ocular vision, range and sharpness. There's not been any limit shown to how many he can summon, they've been shown to sprout on his whole body, even his already existing eyes, as shown by the pupula duplex in his left eye. It's also hinted at that certain 'special' eyes he can summon carry ocular techniques.

No other abilities have been shown.

His Code identification is his cybernetic left arm. He lost his flesh limb in an accident.
